This comprehensive 200-hour certification program aims to provide in-depth instruction on the foundations and principles of yoga while integrating modern science, positive psychology, and social justice through a trauma-sensitive lens.
Trainees will gain insight on their personal development and growth by exploring intention setting, reflective journaling and self care tools, in addition to cultivating a greater sense of care and responsibility to serve the larger community.
While this training will focus heavily on preparing educators and service workers to instruct within schools, community centers, and other institutions, the trauma informed approach will provide trainees with practical tools to provide a safe and accessible practice in various settings.
